Anything that is clearly not a claim is a spoiler.
Anything where the word "weed" or "bell" is mis-spelt is a spoiler.
Anything where the numeric part of a claim is bigger than the number of points available is an invalid claim.
Anything in a claim where the number is not a multiple of five is an invalid claim.
Anything mullardo posts that says "23 weed spoiler" etc. is being ignored and treated as a spoiler.

OK folks, I've knocked up a quick Google spreadsheet with the scores in.

Here's the link: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... c&hl=en_US

The "Prev Pos" and "Prev Score" columns show the position and score of each player at the end of the PREVIOUS week. The difference in position and score between the current and previous week are shown in the last two columns. I couldn't find how to make positive numbers in the previous columns have a + in front of them, so only the negative numbers are signed.

For those in the know - can anyone looking at the spreadsheet via the link above actually change any of the data in it?

OK, the scores for week three (last week( have been calculated, and the Google spreadsheet is available to view here:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... c&hl=en_US

As you can see, the top three remain the same, with Sam pulling away from the others. Garion moves up a couple, and James has finally got himself a positive score. Hakan and Tubeguru did not score all week. Highest climber is Soup Dragon, adding 600 points to his overall score.

Sam scored the most points for the second week running with 1675. The total number of points scored by everyone since the start of week one is 25,815.

Any questions?

OK, week four is over, and here is the link to the Google spreadsheet:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... c&hl=en_US

Sam retains the lead, but TheRaven is closing. scrxisi appears to have become bored with the game, posting a weekly score of just 385. This compares to the week's top score of 2090 by TheRaven. SoupDragon makes the biggest jump up the table to 6th place. MylesHSG and RichiG make their debut, although Richie needs to get his timing sorted out if he's going to get a positive score any time soon ...

Here are the weekly scores:

garion24wales - 575
Going Underground - 755
greatkingrat - 585
hwolge - 0
jamesthegill - 550
moley - 0
mullardo - 0
MylesHSG - 40
RichieG - -155
Root - 40
Sam - 1380
scrxisi - 385
Soup Dragon - 1425
starkey7 - 80
tangy - 145
The Raven - 2090
tubeguru - 0
uefacup81 - 1385

OK, week five is over and the scores can be found here:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... c&hl=en_US

I've changed the last column so it shows the last complete week's score for each player. So your total score should be the previous score plus this week's score (column E plus column G).

No movement in the top seven this week, but Garion moves up on uefacup81. Going Underground is the big mover, picking up two places. krollo is the best placed of the newbies, with Edgemaster's debut being less than auspicious. Top score this week goes to saddo Sam, who clearly has nothing better to do with her time. Even scrxisi's been slowing down of late.

Total valid points scored this week - 9500.

A few people didn't claim any points at all week this week, so maybe the boredom is setting in, and the longer gaps will start appearing between claims.

OK, week six is over, and the scores can be found here:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... c&hl=en_US

Not much movement this week. Greatkingrat moves ahead of Soup Dragon, krollo overtakes moley, and tubeguru moves up two places, leapfrogging tangy and jamesthegill.

Once again, Sam is the person who has too much time on her hands, claiming 2375 points this week. Her overall lead is now over 2000 points.

Total points claimed this week: 9560.

I'm surprised no one pointed out that I didn't post up the scores for the week before last. I couldn't be bothered due to other commitments, so I have done the last two weeks' scores together.

So the latest spreadsheet is here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... c&hl=en_US

Sam is still the biggest saddo. TheRaven had started to make big inroads into her lead in the first week, but he then tailed off last week, and Sam scored more than him overall. Soup Dragon has also been claiming more than before and moves up another place to 6th.

The main point of interest is the following post by Edgemaster:

by Edgemaster » 06 Aug 2011 12:48 am

20 bell

Now, obviously 20 bells was not a valid claim at the time, so I had to decide what his intention was. The possibilities were:

He really was trying to claim 20 bells (yes, I know he typed 'bell' instead of 'bells', but I'm not going to be that anal),
He made a totally unrealistic claim for a laugh,
He accidentally hit the '0' button, and was really trying to claim for " 2 bells" (I have no idea if that would have been a valid claim, and I can't be arsed to check),
He was attempting to post a spoiler based on the premise that "bell" is a typo of "bells".

After a few minutes thinking about it, I ruled that he had tried to claim for 20 bells, and penalised him 1500 points for it.

Total points scored in the last two weeks: 18854.

Note that mullardo has a strange number of points (5094). This is because he claimed "6 weed" at some point, and was penalised six points as a result.
