It's called "St Albans City" here:

But yes, I'm west of that one. (21/30)

They appear to change their mind depending on what page you are on:

  • Just realised the above question has been answered.
Are you south of the route taken by Verulam Rd, High St and London Rd?
After you, madam - I'll wait for the next direct train to Mill Hill East.
(I really ought to change this; no-one understands it out of context.)

(22/30) Again, slightly tricky to answer, but I'll say yes.

This is taking an agonizingly long time. Perhaps this historical map of the area will give you a clue. (Ignore the position of the marker.)

How about St Albans Abbey?
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.
20½ Random 15 challenges: 01:58:48 best
That guy who runs those Twitter polls about tube stations and London Boroughs.

(27/30) No.

Before asking any more questions, I strongly recommend that everyone looks at my answers to questions 20 and 22. Why didn't I answer a straight "yes" or "no"?

I would also point out that the correct location has already been alluded to. And ask you to consider the answer to the last "where am I?". And the one before that.
