Since Trafalgar Square is now known as Charing Cross, YES.

How do you know he wasn't referring to Trafalgar Square itself?

Well that would lead one to deduce that HT is on the Tube somewhere, so just to confirm:

Are you at a station on the Tube Map?

He could be at a tube station which is clearly located to the west of Trafalgar Square, for example: Ealing Broadway.

Given his assumption that Urzzz1871 meant Charing Cross, rather than the former station of Trafalgar Square (and not the geographic location), I'm going to guess that HT is thinking in Tube Stations...

There's a funny idea: thinking in tube stations ...

To clarify I did mean the physical Trafalgar Square.

I took a fairly central point of the circle created by the M25 that was north of the Thames, and chose a close landmark. My idea was to divide what was already a semi-circle (North of the Thames) into a quadrant (East or West). Neither of the previous questions had related to the Tube (M25 and Thames).

However, if I've accidentally given us a free clue then that's a rather nice bonus! :D

I was about to say that only yes/no answers are allowed before realising that this could be a yes/no question...

Having said that, I don't actually think you meant it to be one, even though it could be and therefore, by the rules of the quiz, is.
Attempts: 2 (17h38m, 238 stations) (unknown, 200 stations); Completions: 0; GWR: 0; PBs: 0.
