Right, could do with a sum up, but I think we're looking for somewhere less than 5 miles, but more than 2km from the centre of Abergavenny, on the south side, but outside the Brecon Beacons National Park. And more than 100m from the river Usk. It seems to narrow it down a bit, but I'm sure the central reservation on the A40 isn't a tourist hot-spot...
