I think that I'd plump for Paddington (District/Circle/Bakerloo) as well. Doesn't quite look like Holborn to me.

OK folks, this quiz is over and I can reveal that you are all wrong!

The tiles in question are at the northern end of platforms 3 and 4 (Met line) at ... Baker Street. So the Paddington (Circle/District) guess was closest.

Paving Slab Quiz 3 coming right up.
