I'll hazard a guess at Holborn, just looks right for some reason ;)

I think that I'd plump for Paddington (District/Circle/Bakerloo) as well. Doesn't quite look like Holborn to me.

Notting Hill Gate.

Failing that, Bristol Temple Meads.

Shall I take both as your answer?

Some diverse guesses here. I think I like Bristol Temple Meads best so far.

It looks terribly, terribly like the tiles in Berlin Hauptbahnhof to me!

OK folks, this quiz is over and I can reveal that you are all wrong!

The tiles in question are at the northern end of platforms 3 and 4 (Met line) at ... Baker Street. So the Paddington (Circle/District) guess was closest.

Paving Slab Quiz 3 coming right up.
