Half-term Friday is 28 May 2010.

I am happy to organise the event this year - unless anyone else wants to? (or I've missed a previous discussion).
I think half-term is usually the week of the bank holiday (Mon 31st May), so the Friday of half-term would be 4th June.

That will be the Friday of the penultimate exams week for me, so I've no idea at all till the end of April whether I can make it.

Perhaps more pertinent though, is the Zone 1 day of the Winter Olympics to be merged with the annual zone 1 day or are two separate zone 1 days to take place? While I'd prefer the latter it is up to the TOSA and Moley, to decide, I do believe.

I'd expect it to be distinct. As Tubeguru will fondly remember, not so long ago, there were Zone 1 challenges happening every fortnight!

There was a spate of that wasn't there?

I assume we are now going to fall into "when can everyone make it?" mode and argue about the date until mid-February.

Am I missing something? I was under the impression that Z1 wouldn't be in the Winter Olympics (at least, that was the theory we came up with in the pub during the Olympics last year) at all...
As I wasn't there I've no idea thus I asked the question! I also didn't think we decided things quite so well in advance here, so I thought it was something we ought to discuss so everyone knows where they stand.
