I can just about make out the bus route number, coupled with the operator name. This route is the only bus route to along this road to use that type of bus and the route is also the only one to run along this road by that operator. Coupled with the building, I came to my conclusion it can only be... XXXXX

Well if the picture was taken in low-res, then you have no choice.

I highly doubt the bus route no. can be read, considering its made of 6 pixels...

That makes four clues then! I deduced it by a combination of locating Starbucks-es by tube stations, and the fact that the map-board clearly illustrates the area due south of the Euston Road!
