Hello. This was the first challenge I've ever done and I was curious about wether the clock stops when the doors close on the last line or when you complete a stop on your last line. The doors closed for me at 1:01:12 and I arrived at the station at 1:02:48.

The clocks stop when you've "done the last line", that is, you've travelled between two stations on that line and the doors start opening at the second station.

How have I still got the 2nd best time for this?! I set that about 4 years ago, I think. And Matt and SK beat it a couple of months later with exactly the same route as mine. Slightly annoying. That shows this one is really very much about luck though.

A complete non-effort attempt today by myself and Andi pulled in a time of 53:10.58. Walking changes, and a rubbish start to boot. Fantastic!

Geoff and I did all lines in 56m 51sec back in 2004/5, something like that.

That doesn't count as it was before the closure of the ELL and therefore the map was "reset" at the closure.

Good point. But if you factor out the ELL, I think we would probably have come in with 33m 36sec.

No need - just stick us in at number one and we'll call it quits ...
