More than likely it'll be Mr Hack with time number 100...
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.
20½ Random 15 challenges: 01:58:48 best
That guy who runs those Twitter polls about tube stations and London Boroughs.

I would think the 100th entry to go on the list (though probably not position 100) will likely be set during Children in Need next month (assuming they complete). In all likelihood that will then push Mr Hack's attempt down to 100th place.

*POSSIBLE ADDITION*

Did that guy who spent 24 hours on the Tube visit all of them in the time? If so, surely he should be added!

1) He probably didn't visit Olympia.
2) We don't have a time to add.

That's not an accurate time!! Because:

1) He didn't start a stopwatch as the doors closed on his first train.
2) He didn't stop that stopwatch when he set his foot on the platform after the last train.
3) We don't even have minutes accurately, let alone seconds!!
4) Do we have any idea what was the last unique station he visited, especially given he visited them all without actually leaving the network?

I'll include them if I can get confirmation that they did the completion within normal rules (e.g. Olympia by District, etc.).
