The station is Baker Street. Only four entries this time, and they were Edgemaster (Old Street), Starkey7 (Burnt Oak), greatkingrat (Clapham Common) and the only correct answer, from moley.

The picture was originally taken by the lovely ginTonic13 on Deviantart, who gave her kind permission for me to use it.
From this spot on Google StreetView you can see the roundel and the barrier that threw plenty of people off. Turn 180 degrees and you can see the building in the background, across the road junction.
The song "Cold Wind To Valhalla" was featured on the Jethro Tull album "Minstrel in the Gallery", which featured the song "Baker Street Muse" on the other side.
