Rare Entries XX - Miscellaneous (Again!)

Yet again, a miscellaneous RE, but this time I fell it won't be such a close run thing. So, here goes:
Name A:
1. COUNTRY that has won the Eurovision Song Contest
2. Square number below 200
3. Word in the OED with over 30 letters
4. Station on the GWR Riviera Line
5. Host/co-host of Countdown
6. National flag with Red, White and Blue on
7. Winner of the Premier League since it was rebranded in 1992
All entries to be PM'd to me by midnight on 30th August. Good Luck!

What is a word (is it in the OED, or something else, and us there a language restriction.
Also, is it
only red white and blue on the flag or can there be others on it as well?

For 7, do you mean at any time from 1992 onwards since changing from the First Division, or something else ? The latest branding change has not yet completed a full season.

Thanks for merely confirming that the answer falls within the universe of possible answers. I am going to assume that you mean 1992 onwards.
