If TG tries to cheat again then I'm simply withdrawing from the game. It's not fair on the other players.

It doesn't matter what the claim said to start with. Rule 6 says:
"Editing of claims is forbidden. Any player found to have edited a claim will forfeit 360 points plus the number of points that appear in the claim (if any), irrespective of the time of the next post."
The number of points appearing is 360, so the penalty is 720. I'm really quite surprised that you tried to do this again.
