The usual rules, the questions are;

1. Name a railway station in Bristol (City boundary)

2. Name a railway station in Manchester (City boundary)

3. Name a station on the Victoria Line

4. Name a railway station with 20 OR MORE characters (letters, punctuation, and spaces) in the UK

5. Name a Tube station that interchanges with National Rail that is NOT a Central London terminus (i.e. not Paddington, King's Cross, St. Pancras, Liverpool Street, Victoria, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, Marylebone or Moorgate)

6. Name an operating company that runs trains to Birmingham New Street

7. Name a railway station in Cardiff (City boundary)

All answers by 23rd April sent by PM to me.

OK, there's a couple of issues here. First of all, I don't think people should be emailing you their answers, and is it even a good idea for an 11-year-old to be posting their email address on the public forum?

Also, asking people for their full names may dissuade people from entering the quiz.

With all that in mind, I'm removing your email address from the post, and asking anyone who wishes to enter this quiz to PM you with their answers instead, which is the way this quiz has always been run.

Thanks.

By name, I meant forum name (so for you, tubeguru rather than [name removed by tubeguru]). And only put e-mail because I couldn't work out what PM was, but I know now (private message). It's fine, though, as I get why you did it.

They wouldn't need to include their forum name, as it will be on the message. :)

I know, but it wouldn't necessarily be if it was an email, as it was originally intended to be.

Before I reply - would you be able to confirm your definition of 'in Bristol','in Manchester' and 'In Cardiff' - in the case of Manchester,is this the City boundary or the Greater Manchester boundary?

Also, do the stations still have to be open?

Yes, they have to be open. And for Manchester, it is the City, Bristol the City and Cardiff also the City.

It could be that the month and a half deadline means people aren't particularly rushed...
