Just like normal Tumbleweed, only you can only post claims on your birthday! I understand for some people this will be unlucky as someone else's birthday may be the day before them, but I can't help it you were born then! This means that today, only tractakid can post!
EDIT: Now you can post spoilers as long as it's someone's birthday, even if not yours
