Yes. The question asked for the unique aspect of the event, not the name of the bowler.

4 and 6 - absolutely correct.
5 - near enough. The winner's anthem was due to have been played 'live' by a band, who it turned out had only bothered to learn the German anthem. Nuvolari produced a recording of the Italian anthem he'd brought with him 'just in case'.

William Hague won the Richmond by-election on 23 February 1989. The Conservatives won no further by-elections in that Parliament. They won the 1992 general election but no by-elections in that Parliament. He joined the government in 1993, becoming Secretary of State for Wales in 1995. After the Labour victory in 1997, he became Conservative party leader on 19 June 1997. The next Conservative by-election winner was John Randall in Uxbridge on 31 July 1997.
