Reminds me of the lyrics to Ian Dury's "Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick":

In the deserts of Sudan
And the gardens of Japan
From Milan to Yucatan...
I'm too sexy for all of that.

I read this topic yesterday and nothing instantly sprang to mind. Today, pushing my mail trolley around, two sprang to mind:
Benbecula to Temecula
Osmington Mills to Beverly Hills
I wonder how many people have ever done these particular journeys?

That's quite a clever one, because they're pronounced differently (assuming you mean the ones in Kent and Dorset). Not so sure about the other two (the two Rainhams are pronounced identically, and the last pair don't rhyme at all).

How about Beaulieu to Hooley?

How to make a fairly local rhyming journey slightly more challenging whilst still rhyming:

Horley to Crawley via Chorley

Google maps shows this as a journey of exactly 500 miles, so if you're name is Charlie or Craig Reid you're halfway to a decent song.

- Colindale to Perivale (and on to Tott'n'm Hale)
- Northolt to Hainault
- Bermondsey to Becontree
- Marrulbun to Paddington
- Tott'ridge and Whetstone to Mary-le-bone
- Osterley to Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3
- Custom House for ExCel to Stock-well
- King George V to Hammersmith (think about it)

I think you deserve recognition for proclaiming this :-)
