Acrostics from the Tube

Can you identify a station from just a paving slab? Sadly, some people can

"Shellfish is a culinary and fisheries term for exoskeleton-bearing aquatic invertebrates used as food, including various species of molluscs, crustaceans, and echinoderms. [...]
Despite the name, shellfish are not a kind of fish, but are simply water-dwelling animals."

Or to put it another way:

There's only three types: echinoderms (nautical hedgehogs) and molluscs; crustaceans, obviously. Usually rather tasty - raw oysters are delicious!

Winkles are really refreshing, eaten normally. Scallops taste rather exquisite, every time.

Mussels open really nicely. If nobody gets them open, nobody can really eat. Shells contain edible, nutritious things.

Knives, evidently needed to incise shellfish, have to operate with neatness.

I've been left with the station that no-one uses. (citation in annual figures here):

Towards underground for flopping never everywhere London like. Parks always relay knives!

better now?

No one uses "Tuffing Park", because it doesn't exist!

Back to shellfish:

Americans relish clams hugely. What about you?

Eating a shrimp's terribly fiddly. Its nasty case, horrible legs. Extremely yummy!

Planned diversion to Mill Hill East:

Might I like lobster? Hell, I'd love lobster. Expensive and slightly terrifying!

Skip straight to West Finchley next...

OK, I'll do it then:

Whelks - essentially snails - taste fantastic, if naturally chewy. Harvested liberally every year.
