Try this. The questions are deliberately easier.

The harder bit is the link, and then owning up to getting it!............

1) Young Guns II
2) Dennis
3) 2012 Tour de France
4) Tanya Branning
5) Nutbush City Limits
6) Blackpool
7) The Whistleblower

If those are easy questions, I think I'd rather go back to the hard ones!

Is (5) "What was the last hit single produced by Ike and Tina Turner?" ?

The only other one I can think of at the moment is "What character does Jo Joyner play in EastEnders?" for (4), so is the connection something to do with woodworking?

Beginning to think i may have gone too far, as guessing the questions becomes significantly harder without knowing the link.

Though if you think of the really obvious option for Q3 you will have 3 out of the 7.

(3) Bradley Wiggins was the first British cyclist to win which race?

(Doesn't quite work - obviously he was the only cyclist to win the 2012 Tour de France, but I can't make the question fit the answer...)

How about "Bradley Wiggins made British cycling history by winning which race?" ?

Well I certainly don't. I'm still stuck on woodworking (there's a woodworking implement called a bradawl, which sort of fits (3), but I don't know about (7)).

Can you give a hint?

Both correct. I maybe should have put the 2012 in brackets.

If you have the link the final 3 should be relatively straightforward.

Well "Weisz" sounds like "vice", which is a tool used in... woodworking!

Are you quite sure that's not the connection? :)

Nothing to do with carpentry.

Also, having done a quick Google test - if you know the link, and therefore the 3 missing answers then at least 2 of the questions are VERY easy, as google does the work for you.
