I would like it is some of the arrows in the picture (on the road and on the traffic island) were some kind of "Harrow", but I can't see how he would account or North, West etc.

So maybe we have North 'Arrow and West 'Arrow too?

OK, my wife just got the dog. It is a Parson Russell Terrier. Hence, Parson's Green!
