Level Crossing going down or up (not in closed position) (red lights on the boards like this, but in the process of opening or closing!)
Picky, but technically not street view!
It's google maps, and what you asked for!

Find me a rail replacement bus (it says Rail Replacement on the blind).

A nice recent one from the GOBLIN.

A train in service, captured whilst the Streetview car is travelling across an open level crossing. i.e A head/rear on view of the train.

No, as the streetview car is not on the crossing when the photo is taken, nor is the photo a head/rear on view of the train (tram).

Though I would accept a tram in the correct situation.

Not quite head on, but I hope this train heading west at North Sheen counts.

How about a fire engine?

You can definitely see the fire engine (2 of them in fact) through the window, so I say it should probably count.
