Just because you can buy a through ticket doesn't mean that there are services from Liverpool Street to Amsterdam.

Would you say that there are services to Mill Hill East from Chesham station? As you can buy a through ticket between the two.
The Raven wrote: 7. When London underground services to Aylesbury stopped, Chesham became the furthest London underground station from Charing Cross.
False. Ongar was further away
According to Google Earth I make Charing Cross - Chesham as 25 miles and Charing Cross - Ongar about 21 miles.

4. Granted you need a ferry. But that spefic ticket from Liverpool Street station would take you to Holland

7. If this is true you need to edit the Wikipedia page for Chesham and Ongar
