4. There are services to Amsterdam from Liverpool Street station.
5. The "last" old tram in 1952 and the "first" new tram in 2000 arrived/departed from the same station.

Would you say that there are services to Mill Hill East from Chesham station? As you can buy a through ticket between the two.

4. Granted you need a ferry. But that spefic ticket from Liverpool Street station would take you to Holland
