Re: Quickfire quiz.
Wouldn't it be easier if the questions were on the forum?

2. What is the most northerly station underground? - Southgate
3. Crossword Clue! Initials of device to navigate? Great Portland Street (GPS)
4. What is the only station that is one syllable? Bank
5. How many LU station names or types of rocks or minerals in them? 5 Chalk Farm, Harrow and Wealdstone, Stonebridge park, Marble Arch, Totteridge and Whetstone
6. What is the only line to pass though a fee zone without stopping? Metropolitan Zone 3
7. What is the most recent completely new zone 1 station to open? Shoreditch High Street or Southwark again my fault!
8. How many LU stations only have one platform? 3 - Chesham, Mill Hill East and Heathrow Terminal 4
9. What comes next? East India, Canning Town, West Sivertown, Pontoon Dock, London City Airport
10. What lines don't interchange with the London Overground? 4 - Circle, Metropoitain, Picadiliy, Waterloo and City
So the placings:

PM @ 8:21 = 40 points
3rd Starkey7 - 5/10

Re: Quickfire quiz.
Surely thats 4? Kensington Olympia. It only has 1 platform at the LU station. Yes, the NR station has 2 further platform. Otherwise the answer is 3, as Heathrow Terminal 4 also has a NR platform. The Raven wrote: 8. How many LU stations only have one platform? 3 - Chesham, Mill Hill East and Heathrow Terminal 4

What time would be the best for everyone?scrxisi wrote:Pls do one at a time I can play eventually too
Also one idea I had was doing a personal quickfire quiz "mastermind" style.
- choose a specialist subject (London underground not allowed!)
- 10 specialist questions and 10 general knowledge questions
- choose a time and I'll PM the questions and you will have 100 minutes to answer!
