Thanks for your patience whilst waiting for the answers. It seems to have been too tough or too large a list if potential answers for many of you, but thanks to those who did enter. Firstly, the answers are below, together with a 'stepping stone' in my thought process in parentheses if the answer potentially is a bit obtuse!

1. Salad greeting Hayle (Hail Caesar, Caesar Salad)
2. This thoroughfare goes The Only Way Essex Road
3. Greet a light fitting? Lamphey
4. Emerson Carlyle & Hercules Ince and Elton (The middle names of Paul Ince and Elton John)
5. The darkest of minerals Black Rock, on the Volks Electric Railway in Brighton
6. Do you ever struggle to unscrew this joint? Lydney
7. Mouthy footballer Gobowen
8. Trabants, Ladas and (old) Skodas. Cardross
9. This injured rock is lacking something... Lympstone Commando
10. Anti Aircraft weapon with no ammunition? Achnashellach
11. Guild-laden religious leader next to higher subordinate? Pontefract Monkhill
12. Ariel's a fake?! Amersham
13. If you add a hyphen after the fourth and fifth letters, you would be forgiven for thinking this station is in Wales. Landywood
14. Lily takes the Pet Shop Boys advice in this non-existent place Allen's West (there is nothing in the area of the station called Allen's West)
15. Fletcher's metal instrument Tyndrum Upper

Tiebreaker: Explain the answer for Q15. In Porridge, Fletcher slept on the Upper bunk (to differentiate from Lower Tyndrum)

If you need any other answers explaining, then ask!
