With the foregoing correspondance in mind, there are two answers to this particular question...

I really don't see what is confusing you here, unless someone removed platform 0 from the station we're looking for and put it somewhere else ...

A ha!! I've just looked at something. There is another station with a platform 0 that I was thinking of!!!

OK, so there are actually two answers to this question Tangy. I didn't know the third until Sam just told me.

Also, to clarify ... questions three and four are confusing.

You need to define "the rest of the third rail network". Now one assumes you mean the Southern and SWT regions when you say "third rail network". Question three then sort of implies that there is only one other such line/area. You then ask for third in question four!

I know the answer to question three as I think you intended it, and I can also think of two answers for question four, but it's a bit hazy as to what exactly you're looking for.
