Before tomorrow's final...

Which three players have scored a goal in the final of the European Football Championships while signed to an English club?
(One player has done it twice)

If you're interested Jorginho and Emerson will join the list if they score for Italy and everyone except Kieran Trippier, Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham that might score for England!

No interest in this question!
So I'll reveal the answers.
Three of Spain's four goalscorers in the 2012 final were with English clubs: David Silva with Manchester City, Fernando Torres and Juan Mata with Chelsea. Fernando Torres was also with an English club when he scored in the 2008 final - Liverpool.
I'm not counting Eder of Portugal in 2016 because he was on loan from Swansea City (a Welsh club) to Lille.

In each of the last three Olympics, London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020, one member of Team GB has won two medals on the same day. Please name them.

Let me scratch my head and try and remember that far back - I think it was Andy Murray in 2012?
If my memory serves me right, Max Whitlock did so in 2016.
And more recently, it can only be Tom McEwan, I guess?

I'm assuming the 2000s was Olivia Rodrigo? I know she was born five months after Avril Lavigne's Sk8er Boi was released, don't know if there's been anyone else before her.
Holder of the slowest recorded 274 attempt: 4 months, 1 day, 9 hours, 17 minutes, 32 seconds.

Little Jimmy Osmond must be one. Does the St Winifreds School Choir count?

Jimmy Osmond, born 16 April 1963 is the correct answer for the 1960s. With "Long Haired Lover From Liverpool" in 1972, that's the earliest in the following decade that someone on this list had a number one.

St. Winifreds School Choir... My list is of the solo artists - I guess I should have specified that in the question. I've checked the most famous former member, actress Sally Lindsay, who was born 8 July 1973, so she fits. The question is, when they were number one in December 1980, were any of the members 11-year-olds born in the 1960s? Apparently (with different pupils), the choir were also the backing vocalists on "Matchstalk Men And Matchstalk Cats And Dogs" in 1978! The first solo artist born in the 1970s is still open.

I'll have a stab at guessing it's John Lennon for the 1940s. But I could be imagining it.

Oh yeah, forgot about Billie Eilish
