The thing that has crossed our minds is that there is a train due to arrive at T123 at 00.01. However, with the minor delays that are in place, it's not inconceivable that if he is on that scheduled train, that it could be running a few minutes late, potentially making an arrival of 00.03!
Alternatively, he may not be on this train at all!
