Says the ORIGINAL tube saddo ;)
The original tube saddo was whoever first decided to attempt to travel to all the stations in the fastest time.

Things are not looking good, with a major suspension of the Central Line appearing to have caught tractakid just before he got to relevant section. Bad luck.

The positive- I have proven rerouting skills. Got a route that will cope with central being open or closed when I get there. Keep watching twitter.

Sorry to hear that the central line went down just at the wrong time for you.

Where did you finish?

Bad luck. Once you'be done it a few times, you end up expecting to be left with the feeling of sheer disappointment and what ifs!!!

Unlucky tracta - as Sam said you are likely to get problems but the Central Line yesterday did sound like one of the worst for a while. All you can do is re-route and hope the problem resolves, but it's still going today!

How many stations did you do?

Flooding at Stratford due to a burst water main. Still suspended today east of Bethnal Green.

a 24" fresh water supply pipe burst. Thames water had noted that it was leaking but it burst before they got to it!

I'm told that the water was 4 feet deep in certain parts of the tunnels between Mile End and Stratford. Not just do they have to remove the water but the force of the deluge has apparently damaged an underground sub station which serves that part of the central line. The BIG question is whether water ingress of this volume has caused any structural damage to the tunnels.

A nice picture here....

I was following along on Twitter - and hoping you had already done that bit! :(

Sorry to hear you didn't complete but you had a good shot! Well done.

Also at least you know that the problem wasn't something minor, as Moley says!
