Meh, sometimes I wonder what the point of this forum is anymore.
It provides a vehicle to converse with awesome people like me, of course!
I have Facebook for that.

You can all mock all you want, but this place is going downhill... Seems to have coincided with a certain member coming back mind.
:D First and so far only female solo record holder!! :D

(Joke mode = ON)

Actually, Sam asked if she could join our team for our next attempt (soon), and I said "no". She then went off in a huff, tweeted grumpily about it and set a date with Matt instead. :D

Hey Neil, i've just thought ... perhaps we could have 'Top 10' league on "who quit the forum for the longest period of time". Could you collate the stats for that one? That'd be brilliant, thanks...

(ps. Or perhaps a "who is the most prolific quitter of the forum", vote. Yes! That's what we should do...)

Then we could have a prize-giving ceremony in a pub! With darts!

Surely the winner would be someone who signed up when the forum was "born" and hasn't been back since! :P

Well, toontoon75 joined on the 7th of February 2005, and after three posts was last active on the 18th of July 2005. There are lots of people who sign up and don't post anything. I'll be having a clearout of those people soon.

In fact, I may start deleting accounts which haven't posted for a long time. There's no point in them still being here when they're quite clearly not going to come back again.

I think you should leave open any account which has made at least one post, personally.

That has been my policy up to now. But then there are plenty of forums where people who don't post for ages get deleted. You can always come back.

And isnt there also a limit as to the amount of space you have on the server? I can recall you saying something on the lines of "clear up space" or something?
