The actual date has never crossed my lips. In fact, I told Kate that we'd been asked not to reveal the actual date 'til nearer the time...

Cheers,

Barry

Actually, the name 'Kate' rings a bell..

I think she may be the one I sent an e-mail to, calling the Independent a bunch of 'thieving bastards..'

Might be wrong, though..

I've collated all the PR mentions/activity so far at:

http://www.tuberelief.co.uk/contact.htm

Also as it stands today, BBC London (TV) are going to cover it, BBC London (Radio) are going to mention it, Virgin Radio should be plugging it on the day, and BBC Asian Network also want to talk to me!

More to follow, undoubtedly ...

Ahhh, lovely.

How much have you made from that advertisment, then? Was it worth the effort?

That said, I have been meaning to stock up on Generic Fosamax...

I've been told that I did make it into the Enfield Independent this week, though it isn't on their website yet and we haven't received our copy, so I don't know what info they've included.

Cheers,

Barry

I've read it, Barry!

It's pretty much the same as our one was in the Gazette (in fact, we're both quoted as having said the same thing in the respective papers!) and Andrew and I were given a mention.

The media whore in me salutes you!

We've just received this week's Advertiser, and you're in there on Page 18.

Cheers,

Barry

Bloody hell! Wasn't expecting that!

Though if memory serves, my ex-girlfriend gets the advertiser. That should scare the shit out of her when she reads it!

Woohoo!!

Is it just me that finds the phrase "Chris Presswell is happy to take the tube" a little perverted?

Hmm. Thought so.

You can tell by the look on my face that I'm thinking the same thing...

It's like John Rowland's .sig on Usenet:
A man's vehicle is a symbol of his manhood.
That's why my vehicle's the Piccadilly Line -
It's the size of a county and it comes every two and a half minutes
Absolutely disgusting...If you've got a perverse mind.

Cheers,

Barry
