what is the south London record?

Post by Tube.b »

As I am, in the words of Guinness, still not old enough to make an official world record attempt (completely stupid rule) I am planning to beat the unofficial record for starting and finishing an fnc south of the river.
So I was wondering if anyone knows what the best South London time is?

No, the FNC south of the river. No idea. You would have to trawl through attempts to find out.

For the 'all stations south of the river' alternative challenge, yes, I have that record of 01:50:00. In fact, that's the weakest 'record' I have and not only is it easy to beat, it can be beaten by spending £2.15 on 16+ Oyster (equivalent to £4.30 on adult oyster).
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.
20½ Random 15 challenges: 01:58:48 best

I doubt anyone has started and finished a full network south of the river. Presumably you would start at Wimbledon, finish at Morden (or vice-versa)?

It's definitely been done, and this is probably the record.
