Aldgate Double-back

Post by Urzzz1871 »

We are hoping to have another crack at the FNC in the spring, in an attempt to lift ourselves higher than 2nd from bottom on the completion list.

One thing that caught is out last time, and we are keen to avoid, was just missing an anti-clockwise Circle (pulled out as we ran down the stairs) and losing 15 minues waiting for the next oe to turn up.

As such we have routed in a double-back to Aldgate.

Does anyone have any experience of this? How easy is it to figure out which is the next train to leave as you get off your arriving train? Do we need to run up the stairs to the ticket hall to find out?

From memory there's a "next train" indicator half way up the stairs; if you get the right door position you can see it as you get off.

Thanks, I am up near there next week for a meeting so will make my excuses at lunch and spend it productively figuring out the best door position.
