for the first HT4 train, awake by 03:00 and leave the house at 03:30 gets there in plenty of time from Milton Keynes

Probably advisable to get your tickets the day before. You don't want to encounter problems with a ticket machine at 5.05am

I've never had a problem. Make sure you bring a card though- I had to buy Andi's ticket on my card as he only had cash!

... and if your are doing it from Yorkshire, you get up at 10pm, half an hour before you go to bed
