Just a quick suggestion. When a name is added to this, or a Top Times list, could the new entry be put in bold type or something? That way, one can easily find it when one inevitably goes to look at the list. Also, it would then indicate the latest time to be set.

Well in this list, the new names will always be at the bottom. I can see the usefulness in the top times page though.
