Emirates Air Line
In the unlikely event that services are suspended between North Greenwich and Canning Town on the Jubilee line, would Guinness allow you to use the Emirates Air Line?

Re: Emirates Air Line
You must arrive or depart each station by tube train. Here's a quiz.
1) Is the Emirates Air Line a tube train?
2) Does the Air Line visit any tube stations?
Answers:
1) No
2) No

I'm saying - could you arrive at North Greenwich on the Jubilee line, and, supposing it's suspended between North Greenwich and Canning Town, could you get the AIr Line to Royal Victoria, get the DLR to Canning Town and continue?

Re: Emirates Air Line
I think what he's trying to ask is, although one could use any other VALID method of getting from North Greenwich to Canning Town apart from the Jubilee line, is the Emirates Airline a VALID method of doing this, or would they disqualify you for using an ILLEGAL method?

I think the cable car is no different to a bus or a tram so would be allowed.

Re: Emirates Air Line
Yes, it would be valid. It is public transport where a ticket is purchased.
No timetable - it is constantly moving, a car about every 30 seconds
I've been on it btw Really good.
Perhaps there should be a combined tube, DLR and cable car challenge! Although can't see that being possible as you'd still be going well after 1am.

Current best: 19:51:10 (2014). Hopefully that will be broken in 2018
