It's a shame we didn't screenshot it back then.

Re: New World Record plus Route
A few years ago we were entertained by a kid who seemed to think that he was the best tube challenger ever. He came on and claimed that he had broken the record several times, quoting times that were impossible. He was a prolific Wikipedia editor, and was constantly in trouble because people complained about the rubbish he would post up, including copyrighted images. He also claimed to have been commissioned by multinational companies to design logos and and adverts for them.
His name is Daniel McGee, and his username was w a v e f o r m (spaces inserted to avoid the swearing filter). Obviously, he was full of shit, and no one believed anything he said. I can only assume he said it all to try to wind us up. He disappeared as quickly as he came.
Maybe one day, we will hear more of his amazing feats. Or maybe he has now grown up and realises what a complete twat he was.
Hope that helps.

My favourite tales about him was how he knew almost every tube driver ever so that they could stop off conveniently for him, including at British Museum station so he could take a secret passage to Farringdon... it all sounded like Cluedo to me!
