Tips that you are happy to share
Well, I'll start.
The Kenton/Northwick Park thing is a bit of a bugger because of Preston Road, so try TIP 1.
TIP 1: Run between Preston Road and SOUTH Kenton - it's quicker than running to Kenton by about 5 minutes - (Journey Planner - Preston Road - Kenton via South Kenton)

Re: Tips that you are happy to share
You may think that is the best option but plenty of us have been in this game a lot longer than you have...
I don't agree with sharing "tips" as then it makes it far too easy for new challengers to come along and go ah yeah, there we go, I now have a simple basis of how to plan a tube route.

I was waiting for someone to bring the age-old subject of route-revealing up.

As long as no-one mentions the 107 bus between High Barnet and Edgware we should be fine.

Re: Tips that you are happy to share
Tips I'm willing to share is free parking in London that I've spotted and other people have told me about.
- Chesham (Free anytime)
Bury Lane near girl guides hut. It doesn't look like you can drive down there but you can! Though parking at Chalfont station is sometimes a better option. 10mins walk to the station.
- Sutton (Free anytime)
Thanks to Matt and Sam for this one! Downside Road. 15mins to Sutton station with plenty services to Victoria etc.
- Walthamstow (Free anytime)
Morgan Avenue close to Wood street station.
- Near to Warwick Avenue (Free Saturday/Sunday)
Lots of bay parking. 5mins to station. Perfect for R15.
- Kensington (Free Sunday)
Queensgate Mews. Just follow the M4 and A4 into London then turn left. Simple!
I'm sure the Londoners on the forum will point out lots of others!

Re: Tips that you are happy to share
What is ropinole? I Googled it but got only a few results and a suggestion that it could be Ropinirole, a drug for treating Parkinson's disease. What has it got to do with women on the Tube?palkanetoijala31 wrote:tip no 2 always rate your women on the tube from 1 to ropinole.

Re: Tips that you are happy to share
OK, as much as I love this forum to branch out, date-rape drugs and their use on female tube challengers are off-limits from this post onwards.

Good decision, Neil, though I think you're missing out on a brilliant opportunity to increase the traffic this website receives.
