Where did you hear that from Andi? It's not on the Guiness website yet?

I keep telling Geoff that 16.20 is possible.

Do we have a list of all the record times set since whenever anywhere?

It may be on the members section, but it's not on the main website. It still shows Martin and the others as the holders.

There must be ONE ultimate fastest route that, along with perfect connections and fast runs/no traffic for buses, can get a massive time.

I don't think anyone's anywhere near that yet, because every report contains tales of woe regarding delays.

Very strange - 21 April was the day I achieved my only completeion to date! It was Maundy Thursday, and the trains were much quieter than normal in the morning peak. That said, by mid to late afternoon, the Northern Line High Barnet branch and a large chunk of the Jubilee Line were suspended for quite a long time, with consequences for the remainder of those lines (fortunately I had by then done them all apart from a small bit of the Northen Line). I don't think I saw anyone else appearing to do a challenge that day, but then the chances of doing so are small.

Crickey. It's also rather a bit too hot at present to even think about a challenge - I was trying not to die of overheating whilst commuting to work this morning, let alone running around the network!

My calculations state that on a "perfect" day.... 15hrs 58 minutes is possible.

Assumptions:
First and last trains run to time table.
Three trains depart 1 minute after the timetable and make this time up (this is a realisitic prospect that they will make the time up).
Optimum running speed is maintained throughout the day!
1 lucky bus (i.e 10 minutes late).
