I'm going out tomorrow, so whoever bet on me has a good chance of winning!

Would an attempt on Monday 2nd January be possible?
Or do attempts on Bank Holidays not count?

Actually, it says this "Attempts can only be made during the week as certain stations are shut at weekends"

I need to read more carefully!! :)

Well if you can pass through it then that's not a problem

I always understood the "weekday" rule was because a pass through Cannon Street doesn't count if it is closed.

I may be wrong.

Yeah... rules say "Only if a station is temporarily closed (e.g. for rebuilding, or in an emergency), or if it closes earlier or opens later than normal as a result of rebuilding work, will a non-stop pass through a station be acceptable"

Apparently the new tube map is out (9th December). Does anyone know when tfl will update their maps section of the website to show this? At the moment, the only thing I've seen to show this wonderful (!) dashed green line is Geoff's photo. I need to use the map/image on Tuesday for something.

PS hello to you all, old and new.

I can't be the only person that thinks that the new map looks hideous? Ignoring the sadly now-dashed Olympia branch, all of the various levels of disabled access indications create so much clutter, especially where some stations have more than one interchange sign - look at West Ham or Highbury & Islington for examples. Also, the "Emirates Air-Line" under construction, how sad that the tube map is selling out to commercialism.

That little section is a tad sell out, what with the o2 being on there as well.
