When I played support to Geoff (& Neil til 8pm) for Tube 8 we did it in February and it was crazy. Very cold, icy pavements and the potential for more weather related problems than in the summer.
Contrast this with Tube Relief where everyone was running round in shorts and T-Shirts at 5am!
Consider your date carefully.

This is also extended to the track and systems of London Underground especially the end Amersham end of the Met at 5.30am.Very cold, icy pavements and the potential for more weather related problems than in the summer.
Nothing worse than getting off to a bad start due to frozen points.
Anyway good luck with the planning.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

Hi,
Will hopefully have more details up on the website later this week aswell as participant forms etc for dare deveil challengers or those that wish to be support staff on the day.
I certainly will be a dare devil challenger :)
More challengers + lots of fun = Lots of Money raised for BBC Children in Need.

^Lol, quite probably.
Remember there are leaf fall timetables from October through January every year for zones A-D.
Otherwise, I think it's fine that you're doing it but I probably won't come along. I'm already doing a challenge for charity later this month, so it would probably be quite difficult to raise money from all my contacts twice in such a short period of time.
Then again, if there are going to be lots of people doing it, I wouldn't want to miss out.
I'll have to think about this one and see how the discussion pans out.
