I went to a new course Stroud very slippery and on first assent of hill felt my Achilles tendon go not wanting to injure myself stopped and walked. It's a nice course though all the others in area are flat so it gives runners a challenge seeing as I walked I decided to get down to that final second ...

The good thing is that Mr sinton hewitt was there which means he repeated only one ahead now. I went to pomphrey hill and boy is that a slippery hill three times hardly any traction but enjoyed the course if not the slow runners in front who hampered my time by a minute

I actually would be tempted to do this as never done before I would not do Raphael though as been there done that Harlow just north of Epping would be my prefered parkrun. I be happy to team up with anyone as well 😁

Good example I don't publish my world record route for a reason only 3 people know it but it's the best route I ever came up with and can be improved on so I'm saving that just in case. But yeah it took me two years to do my route I be blowed if I give it away for free
