Re: Generator failure?

When I did my 60+ Challenge last year you had to pass through barriers to get from NR to the DLR, so I counted it as two separate stations of the 668 I visited. It is possible it may have changed in the past 18 months.

Re: First Attempt 04/01/19

Bad luck with your attempt on Friday, but that's the nature of tube challenging.
If you did the reverse labyrinth route, how did you visit Kensington (Olympia) by Underground?

Re: New Random 15 Championship season.

As Tangy has said, it depends whether you need to pass through barriers to get from one station to another. For Network Rail R15 purposes, the Underground stations at Paddington, Marylebone, Euston, KXSP, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Waterloo and Victoria count as separate stations to their NR ...

Re: Heathrow Connect -> TfL Rail

TfL Rail takes over from Heathrow Connect on 20 May, from when Oyster will be valid to Heathrow. I will be able to use these services for free with my 60+ Oyster Card, adding three more stations for anyone who wishes to repeat my 60+ Card Challenge.

Re: FNC on a Saturday = ??

My best ever time (& still 9th on the overall top times list) was done on a Saturday. However, GWR have made it clear that they will not recognise records set at a weekend (though their stated logic for not doing so seems perverse).

Cost: £34 per person on Oyster PAYG
Ouch!!
Using Oyster, shouldn't this be capped at less than that?
When maximum fares are incurred for not touching out or exceeding the allowed time before exiting the system, these do not count against daily caps.

Re: 60+ Card Challenge

David - I'm glad the map seems to be working. I'm trying to keep it up to date in almost real time using just my phone, but sometimes slip a bit behind when things get hectic. Depending on the link used to open it, it occasionally shows a few weird things, i think probably when my phone gets out of ...
