Re: Birmingham R15

Eh if anybody wants to take advantage of a lift I quite happily drive up a34 and m40 but I would do Cannon hill parkrun beforehand.

I went to Barnsley very overcrowded as many parkruns in that area were called off and I was too far back at start to get good pace going ...

I'd be keen on adding some "all the stations" Network Rail Challenges to your list as well. Obviously...

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...

I went to a new course Stroud very slippery and on first assent of hill felt my Achilles tendon go not wanting to injure myself stopped and walked. It's a nice course though all the others in area are flat so it gives runners a challenge seeing as I walked I decided to get down to that final second ...

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...

The good thing is that Mr sinton hewitt was there which means he repeated only one ahead now. I went to pomphrey hill and boy is that a slippery hill three times hardly any traction but enjoyed the course if not the slow runners in front who hampered my time by a minute

I did try to enigineer a bingo time but like most things it's hard if u got a timer with clicky fingers. Another differant one then met up with th...
