Feeling pretty good at the moment. Set another post-op PB at Gladstone and now I'm only 1:26 off my previous pace.

Re: Tangy's new best mate!
Well, I'll give him this: his team is excellent at search engine optimisation. Last week, search the internet "boris bus" and you'd get loads of results of his ill conceived attempt at a modern Routemaster, or a red campaign bus with a ludicrous number printed up the side. Now, everybody's talking a...

Yep. Good to see everyone again. Congrats on 250 Kev/Andrew.

Re: DrainBrain
Musculoskeletal injuries are the biggest test of patience, aren't they. Best of luck in the recovery, and don't push yourself too hard. For the record I haven't been around much because my hip issues came back. Luckily was already scheduled for an arthroscopy surgery to deal with the joint defect, s...

Re: Eurovision Song Contest 2018
I'm enjoying this year so far! The vocal performances are great, and there's tons of kitsch for everybody! Maybe not such a fan of Lithuania or Ireland, would have preferred Switzerland go through, but most of my favourites did well (go Estonia!).
