Re: All Tube Challenge - The return of a mad idea

Based on what the participants of last year's effort looked like the following day a few suggestions... - Do not do a parkrun the following morning. - Do not follow up the challenge (especially if doing a parkrun already) with a R15. - If you absolutely must do a R15 following this challenge and a ...

Re: Stations List

The Working Timetables (WTT, which can be found on the TfL website) have the average off-peak times between stations, this is a useful starting point.

Re: Random 15 Championship 2019/20: Round 4

I will not be attending as I have been advised to self isolate (due to being in high risk areas recently) and working from home for the foreseeable future. As much as I love the event, going down to London from Shropshire for a Random 15 is unnecessary travel in my books. In addition, I do not want ...

Route v1 planned. Predicted finish time classified for now.

(although subsequently revised due to accidentally going back in time by an hour at one point...)
Should that be predicted time dependant on whether the XCity screws you over or not?

Re: Birmingham R15

Good luck everyone - hope the rain doesn't cause any problems! Will you be putting the list of stations up on the forum on Saturday morning? Would be fun to do the challenge virtually, especially as Dave has done all the work with maps and timetables. Yes we will be putting up a stations list on he...

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...

Joined GU, SD and Iain at Bushy Park this morning. Cold, but a glorious morning for a parkrun. I knew I had a quick run in me but crossing the line to see I had done a 22:43, 1 MINUTE and 6 seconds quicker than my previous PB, I was ecstatic! I can also see why so many people flock to Bushy, it real...

Re: Christmas Park Challenge 2019 - 14th December - Chiswick Park

My Parks Challenge went much better than last year (mind you doing it blindfolded hopping on one leg would have been more successful than last year!) but I still had my usual dose of bad luck going round. There were some positives this year including much better weather (bit windy but predominantly ...
